I took the Accuslim Chromium for three days and did have side effects that kept me from taking it any longer. I had headaches in various regions in my head, chills, light sensitivity, noise sensitivity and by the third day some nausea. I did however lose weight. It definitely curbed my appetite, I ate even though I didn’t really feel like it. I felt bloated and that contributed to this. However, I felt that I had lost too much weight too fast.
